CHRISTMAS FAIR with Community PURPOSE
It's not enough to give a woman a fish. Instead, support her fishing net, rod and bait business
and she can buy a house, send her children to college, and give other people opportunities.
Black women, on average, have the lowest income of all demographic groups and account for less than 2.4% of American businesses. Black women with children also encounter the highest eviction rates leading to homelessness.
Sponsored by Mary A Carter Temple #362, this Christmas Fair is a community service to support Black women-owned businesses, and SAFE, Inc., a shelter for homeless youth.
• Complimentary Appetizers •
Mary A Carter Temple will also do complimentary gift wrapping for attendees — while our materials last.
SNOW DATE: Saturday, December 9th, 1p-6p
